Marbanc International is open to unique, one-off opportunities to acquire assets
Special opportunities funds are generally established to acquire distressed assets with the view to turn them around and sell them for a profit, or retain them for longer term cash flow.

As such, our diverse ranging investment capabilities mean we are open to special opportunities to deploy capital in a meaningful way. We regularly evaluate one-off opportunities to invest in alternative, lesser known assets, and also mainstream assets from sellers who are seeking to divest or refinance their interests.
