Marbanc International is open to unique, one-off opportunities to acquire assets

Special opportunities funds are generally established to acquire distressed assets with the view to turn them around and sell them for a profit, or retain them for longer term cash flow.

Marbanc International recognises that assets need to necessarily be distressed for them to be considered a special opportunity. As such, our diverse ranging investment capabilities mean we are open to special opportunities to deploy capital in a meaningful way. We regularly evaluate one-off opportunities to invest in alternative, lesser known assets, and also mainstream assets from sellers who are seeking to divest or refinance their interests.

Transaction size

Generally speaking, Marbanc International will consider special opportunities in the range of $1 million to $100 million. We may syndicate larger opportunities with other funders if we consider the acquisition is worth completing.
