Marbanc International to launch new debt offering via online platform

Marbanc International has announced plans to launch a digital platform that enables investors in multiple countries subscribe to a series of debt instruments that will be offered by the group.  The platform which has been nearly two years under development will provide investors seeking yield to participate in a series of fixed income offerings to cater to the growing demand for private debt opportunities.

A spokesperson for Marbanc said the new offering will expand the group's ability to capitalize upon a plethora of robust private equity investment opportunities its ecosystem has access to.

“Our platform will enable lenders to the group to access information about their debt instruments at their fingertips.  It has been built from the ground up to be very easy to use and gives us a competitive edge for client relationship management”.

Marbanc says it is presently evaluating several jurisdictions including the United States, Australia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom to release the offering.  With significant ongoing demand for fixed income by the retiree market Marbanc expects a substantial uptake of its products which it says will enable the family-owned group to continue to make solid investments in private equity and other alternative asset classes which it has had considerable success with previously.
